How to handle a found item safely
If you find keys, a wallet, luggage, a phone, a school bag, or another tagged belonging, leave it in a secure place while you contact the owner. Enter the printed Return2Owner code exactly as it appears. Codes are case-insensitive, so capitalisation does not matter.
The reporting form asks what you found, where it was found, and how the owner can contact you. Include enough detail to help the owner recognise the item, but avoid sharing sensitive information publicly. Your report is sent privately to the registered owner; your contact details are not displayed on a public page.
For valuable documents, bank cards, medication, or anything that may present an immediate safety risk, follow the relevant local guidance as well. You may need to contact the police, transport operator, venue staff, issuing bank, or another appropriate organisation. Never put yourself at risk to collect, store, or return an item.
