Getting Started — Creating Your Account ▾
Visit the website
Go to R2O.club on your phone, tablet or computer. You can use any web browser such as Safari, Chrome or Edge.
Click "Get Started"
Tap the "Get Started" button in the top right corner of the screen. You will be asked to enter your email address.
Check your email
You'll receive a confirmation email with a link to verify your address. Click the link to complete sign up.
Subscribe to activate
Once logged in, choose a subscription plan to activate your account. Your unique code and QR code will be created automatically.
Your Unique Code & QR Code ▾
Find your code on the dashboard
After subscribing, go to "My Items" (also called your dashboard). You will see your unique code — a short string of letters and numbers, e.g. ABCDEF.
What is it for?
This code is linked to you personally. If anyone finds a lost item of yours and visits R2O.club, they can enter this code to contact you.
Download your QR Code
Click the "QR Code" button to download a scannable image. You can print it and stick it on your belongings, or save it to your phone.
Download a Sticker
The "Sticker" button gives you a ready-made blue sticker design with your QR code and code already included. Print it and cut it out to attach to your keys, bag, or other valuables.
Download a Label Sheet
The "Labels" button creates a full A4 page of small labels — perfect for printing on sticky label paper (available from most stationery shops). You get 48 labels per sheet.
Wallpapers for Your Phone Screen ▾
What are wallpapers?
A wallpaper is the background image on your phone's lock screen — the screen you see when you first pick up your phone. We can put your QR code right on it, so it's always visible to a finder.
Choose a design
Scroll down on your dashboard to the "Wallpapers" section. You will see several colourful designs — Midnight, Aurora, Rose, and more. Tap any one to download it.
Choose your screen size first
Before downloading, select your device type — Mobile, Tablet, Desktop, or Smartwatch — using the buttons above the wallpapers. This makes sure the image fits your screen properly.
Set it as your wallpaper on iPhone
Open the downloaded image in your Photos app, tap the share icon (the box with an arrow pointing up), then tap "Use as Wallpaper" and choose "Lock Screen".
Set it as your wallpaper on Android
Open the image in your Gallery app, tap the three dots or share button, and select "Set as wallpaper", then choose "Lock screen".
Registering Individual Items ▾
What does registering an item mean?
As well as your general QR code, you can register specific items (e.g. "My Keys", "Blue Backpack") so you can track each one individually.
Tap "Register Item"
On your dashboard, tap the "Register Item" button. Give the item a name and an optional description to help identify it.
Your item is linked to your code
Each registered item is linked to your unique code. When someone scans your QR code or enters your code, they can report whichever item of yours they have found.
Check the status
Items show as "Registered" normally. If someone reports finding one of your items, it will change to "Found" and you will receive an email notification straight away.
What Happens When Someone Finds Your Item ▾
The finder scans your QR code
If someone finds your lost item, they scan the QR code on it using their phone camera, or visit R2O.club and type in the code they see on the label.
They fill in a short form
The finder enters where they found it, and can optionally leave their name and contact details. They choose whether to share their contact info with you.
You get an email straight away
You will receive an email immediately telling you your item has been found, where it was, and — if the finder agreed — how to get in touch with them.
Your item status updates
On your dashboard, the item will now show as "Found" with an orange notification banner at the top so you can see it clearly.
Reporting a Found Item (If You Find Something) ▾
Go to "Found Item" in the menu
If you find someone else's lost item with an R2O code on it, click "Found Item" in the navigation menu at the top of the page.
Enter the code or scan the QR
Type in the code printed on the item, or scan the QR code with your phone camera — this will take you directly to the right page.
Fill in the details
Enter where you found the item and any other helpful details. You can add your name and contact info if you are happy for the owner to reach you.
Submit — the owner is notified
Once you submit, the owner receives an email immediately. You have done a great thing!
